VILLA POLICY
- Check-in time is flexible ( on request )
- Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure
- Late check-out : Subject to availability on the day of check out the following charges apply :
- prior to 6 pm -- 50% of the nightly rate
- after 6 pm -- 100% of the nightly rate
- Minimum Stay 2 days stay is required

RESERVATION
- Deposit 30% of total amount and balance payable on or prior to arrival
CANCELLATION
- Prior to 28 days of scheduled booking, we will refund full deposit less transaction fees and charges
- In the event of non-arrival on the scheduled date the guest will be held responsible for full payment of stay
- we reserve the right to cancel the booking should the guest not fulfil required conditions
