Kirras Beach House  is located in  medewi, a two and a half hour drive  from the  airport,
up the  west  coast.  Removed from the hustle and bustle of kuta/legian,  this is like Kuta
from the late 70's, no hi rise,  no hawkers  no hassles,  a mie goreng at the local
restaurant is $1.40 aud, only 80 c at the medewi surf point.
Kirras is up on the hill  150 metres from the beach  and you are living in a village,  this area
has not been  developed for tourism,  so you can experience the Bali culture,  the locals
in  the street are  very  friendly  and welcoming.  Not to say there aren’t western
comforts, the 4 villas at kirras are spacious with 3 having ensuites.

We have a duty manager, Ahmad that can help you with all your needs, bike hire, shopping,
etc  and we have Dewa our secret weopon, haha, he will pick you up from the airport
[$50 fee], he built the hotel and grew up in the area,  and can help plan your tours etc.
Its a 10 min walk to warung bagus, a 15 min walk to the point where there are 3 or 4
more restaurants,  or you can ring Puri Dajuma the local eco resort and they will pick
you up for dinner.  oh and did i mention that the  Medewi point hasthe longest left hand
surf break in bali, an uncrowded, workable wave, when I stay I surf it every morning.
its brilliant…
